SON SHINE SENIORS – Ministry

At Elkview Baptist Church, our senior adult ministry is vibrant and full of life. Our senior adult community (ages 50 & up) travel together, gather together, and grow together as they worship and learn. We are truly blessed with an active, joyful group of seniors, and we look forward with excitement to all that God has in store.

Along with the monthly fellowship events hosted by our SON SHINE SENIORS, we also “adopt” shut‑in members of our congregation—making phone calls, sending cards, and visiting with them to share encouragement and Christ’s love.
